RocLUG once again welcomed thousands of LEGO fans to the Rochester Dome Arena for the fifth installment of Brick Universe! Dozens of club members, along with CNY Bricks and BuffaLUG, filled 115 tables of original LEGO creations and interactive displays.
Public-Built Mural
The club debuted its third mural design, capturing a day at the home of the Rochester Red Wings: ESL Ballpark. The design is more than 32,000 pieces and uses 34 of the available LEGO colors. Hundreds of LEGO fans of all ages helped complete it both days of the event.
MOCs, MOCs and more MOCs
Several RocLUG members brought home some hardware for their incredible LEGO creations. From a to-scale replica of Seabreeze Amusement Park’s Jack Rabbit roller coaster – to historically accurate tall ships, the MOCs featured wowed everyone.
